Our 12 individually styled bedrooms and 1 apartment is exceptionally stylish, with an impressive white exterior and attractive wooden-framed windows, looking out on views in all directions.

We are conveniently situated in historic Oranjezicht and boasts with sweeping views of Table Mountain, the Harbour and Table Bay.

A short ride away, or even walking distance, guests will find some of the best restaurants, tourist attractions and sights the city has to offer –
the beautiful Company Gardens, V&A Waterfront, the bustling city centre, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, the cable-way up the mountain and the world-renowned beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Llandudno.

Stayed here for a week during a business and pleasure trip to South Africa. This is a fantastic hotel/guest house! It is a converted colonial-type house, with high ceilings, wood beams and a general airy feel. The rooms are huge and very luxurious. Some rooms (2 & 3) have amazing views out over Cape Town and Devil’s peak. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfasts are cooked to order. I can think of no negative points about this place.

Every time I visit Cape Town, I only stay at one guesthouse, Floreal House. You are always greeted with a smile by the polite and friendly staff. The rooms are neat and very comfortable. The cost for the stay is also very affordable and the best part must be that you are 3 minutes away from some of the best restaurants in Cape Town.

What a warm welcome at Floreal House. Bedroom was fabulous, breakfasts were delicious, complimentary sherry on the hall,table, and the staff are truly our of this world. They even arranged dinner on request one evening! Across the street there is a very pleasant little delicatessen with good cappuccino ! And all this with magnificent Table Mountain as a backdrop.
